What is swapdone?
An independent catalog of verified fiat and crypto exchangers in Europe. We don't exchange directly — we connect you with a verified partner via a manager who locks the rate.
How much does it cost?
It's free for users. The exchanger sets the rate and fee; the swapdone manager only ensures the terms don't change mid-deal.
How do you verify exchangers?
VASP licence checks in EU registries, control trades across different amounts and directions, ongoing review monitoring. Verified status is withdrawn on mass complaints.
How fast does the manager reply?
3–5 minutes on average. If there's no reply within 10+ minutes — message @swapdone_help.
Which payment methods are supported?
SEPA, SWIFT, card, cash (via offline partners), BLIK, P2P, and crypto. The exact list depends on the chosen exchanger.
What about data privacy?
Your contact and amount are passed only to the swapdone manager and the official exchanger representative. No third parties.
